Add Major Sorcery in the base skill Entropy

Move Major Sorcery buff from the Degeneration morph BACK into the base skill with less damage. Let Degeneration morph increase the damage and Structured Entropy convert it into healing. Similar to necrotic orb, momemtum, ritual etc.

    I think that this would be a nice change for quality-of-life purposes.

    A simple damage increase seems kind of vanilla though for a skill with an evocative name like "Degeneration." Not that I would turn down damage, but adding a small debuff like Minor Breach would make it a little spicier and thematic.

    There was no objective reasons to treat this skill differently from zos claimed vision that skills should have auxiliary powers. It was nerfed coz people suddenly started to use this previously useless skill.

    There is no reason for the skill to do less damage because it has Major Sorcery built in, there is a standard amount of damage and cost, the auxillary effect on the base skill providing Major Sorcery is well within the budget.

    Healing as 1 Morph and the other doing something extra, even something similar to Venomous Claw where it deals slightly more damage over time would be really cool.
