I do not know if this is allowed since they got their account suspended (or banned), but he has asked me to see if I can reach out to the team to enlighten him on what can be done to get his in-game account back to him, so he can continue playing the game.

He says, he's willing to pay back for the crowns and things of that matter, but he has asked me to help him out, since he has not gotten a response. He tried to email the support team and he got the ticket number listed above.
