How long did customer support get back to you on account recovery?
So its been over a week now and still no response, on top of that I got no email stating any reason on why my account got suspended, at this point after trying to contact zos multiple times, its safe to say they either don't have enough workers or they just simply do not care about you if your account is suspended.
How long did it take you to get your account recovered? If it was less than a week or 2 what did you do to speed up the wait time?
