Actually my issue has been solved. Try writing to bethesda support from twitter and open a discussion here. My problem took only 1 day and they solved it quickly. It was about refund request though idk if that matters when it comes to respond times.
Damn, youre lucky, I guess its different, for account recovery its already been a week and I still got zero response. Wish they could help me out before summerset ends but from the looks of it I guess not.
