this set is sitting at a lower proc rate than Selenes (arguably the best stamdps set) while doing less than half the damage. its around ~1400 dps if you proc at 100% of the time every time is up which is not the case. am sorry but that is plain weak for a monster set bonus passive. I get that its AOE. but thats literally nothing.

Selenes the best stamdps monster set is fairly outdamaged by Maw of infernal. magicka set and that one has more than double the proc rate.

Apples and oranges for most of your comparisons. Light/heavy attacks were standardized to have 33% proc chance, they're typically only used once every 1s with weaving so that makes sense.

Selene's is based on direct melee damage and truely shines when you can stack them all up. Flurry (5 hits), light attack (1), Jabs (4), so typically it's procced frequently when you actually build for it, more so than a 33% chance every 1s. 5-6 hits a second is about a 56-62% chance to proc if you do the math.

But again, apples and oranges.

Kragh and Stormfist do need a buff though, both of their lower proc chances weren't touched, and their damage was barely improved while still being behind Selene's, Velidreth and Marselok.

The aoe reason falls flat when you consider both Kraghs and Stormfist have very easy to avoid aoes. Because of their large telegraph/small range and low proc chance, imo, their DPS (on paper) should match those 3 sets.

If they're already behind on paper, they'll be even worse in practice.

the main issue with kragh is that it doesnt hit half the time - they need to improve reach / hit boxes of the set

i also agree taht many Stam Monster set should be reworked. Choices for PvE are limited to Selene. Maarselok isn't bad but you need to dump lot of stamina just to trigger it.
