And I still dont understand, how such a great game, can have such a bad performance and costumer service.

It is funny to think that ESO was supposed to be different from old MMOs by having very few cooldowns in combat
and now ZOS is pushing to implement more cooldowns because of poor performance.

I have to unfortunately agree. Of course any and every game will experience downtimes at some point, but the least I expect is a sorry, and obviously I wish to see improvements/solutions. I am less interested in compensation, although an extension of events affected by downtimes is also a must.
I have read lines here from players saying 'you know where the door is', or 'get a life, do something else', lots of these kind of 'smart' comments, but one must wonder if those type of players are actually spies/trolls from competing companies, as they sure are not helping. Some of us are strong financial contributors to games. We can easily end spending a few thousand euros or dollars during the year, so when we get sufficiently angered, we stop our support. Let's say 100 of us had enough, we could be looking at 200000 euros or dollars gone for a year. 500 of us, and we could be up to a million. Subs are a staple income, no doubt, but games with cash shops can earn a lot/lose a lot once the big spenders had enough.
Right now I have cancelled my sub, but I have 70 or so days left, and I possibly will resub, if I decide to keep playing this game, however, my wallet otherwise is now closed. I do not feel safe spending my money here, and I do not feel valued as a customer. I have played another game for almost 10 years, and even during breaks I kept my sub running. I loved the game, and I had felt valued and respected as a customer. That instilled a feeling of loyalty within me, and a wish to support the developers. Of course that game had downtimes too, I was not happy with all decisions, nothing is ever perfect, but when things went wrong, there were apologies, and the same stuff did not keep happening over and over and over again.
Once we spenders stop spending, game development suffers, so players berating others out of a false sense of loyalty, are not helping the game they say they love, but are hurting it, and so are companies who feel invincible because they are massive beasts. Arrogance comes before the fall. Show respect to your customers, communicate, don't feel an apology is beneath you. That's simple stuff, even when the technical site of games can be temperamental and difficult.2 -
