Tbh, everytime a friend asks me, if he should start playing ESO, because its "a great thing" actually, i stop them. Because you cant recommend a game in 2020, that has the stability of early 2000 MMORPG's.
Every single of me friends that return into game after long break literally quit game again after trying to play it for 1 week. Thats itself unbiasly showing state of game.

Don't worry, in a couple of hours it will be resolved. Than PCEU primetime will start, and the log in server will implode again.

I am also above the point where I wanna here one more "we appreciate your patience", or "thanks for your understanding". When I buying a simple 1 Euro Burger at McD, and there is a missing Tomato, I get a new Burger, and an apology and this wont happen to me every single week again, over and over again.
I dont care about a few problems, performance issues here and there, but this constant feeling of being always on the brink to another 12h downtime, day after day, is just to much.
And I still dont understand, how such a great game, can have such a bad performance and costumer service.
