Werewolf transformation criminal act bug

Today I was killing a boss in Summerset with my friend in ww transformation, I TOGGLED OFF transformation right after we killed it and teleported to Alinor via wayshrine. However, when I appeared on Alinor teleport I was fined as if I was in transformation. Ok, I paid the bounty to the nearby guard and right after I paid it I was attacked by an npc. The further the more. I turned the quests and went to bank. Every npc in bank was shouting at me as if they saw werewolf. After about 5 minutes one of npc in bank attacked me and I allowed it to kill me hoping it'll stop this. Ok, i revived on Alinor wayshrine and now after about 15-20 minutes I'm not in werewolf transformation, after I paid the fine i was charged for nothing, after I was killed by npc, npcs still perceive me as transformed werewolf. Moreover, after about 30 minutes I'm not in ww transformation, as I was standing at wayshrine writing a ticket, another npc attacked me. So I guess now I should log off every time I was transformed in werewolf killing some mobs before entering any sity even if I already toggled off transformation. One of my friend experienced same issue a couple of days ago, when he toggled off ww form after killing B'Korgen and got fined entering Alinor. I can't say I'm against these changes when vampire and werewolf skills became criminal act. But at least make it work right. Question Reference # 200728-001525 and I got automatic response. Will be happy to hear if anybody else had same issue.

I log out and log back in after wolving out too 😐
I didn’t have an issue when they announced adding a justice component to WWs, but the bug and lack of fix with the last patch makes me wish they hadn’t bothered.

Same happens to me, I just change zones to another city if I really have to.

I’ve changed zones and still got nabbed (or would have if not for my stockpiles of pardon edicts).
The first time I discovered the issue was in the middle of Solitude, with a bag full of stolen blue items because I couldn’t fence them due to yet another bug. Boy was I glad my wood elf is zippy and has loads of stamina.

Just came out of the wayshrine in Alinor and was immediately attacked for the WW. I was in normal form.

I`ve been attacked and killed by the guards, respawned and still being feared by the civilians.

Went to Mournhold and everything is fine, so it`s localized in Summerset.

Actually happens everywhere. I have had it happen in daggerfall, solitude, and other players have had it happen in various locales. Zoning seems to fix it, and a buddy of mine just enters towns through the thieves den after transforming and he's had good luck with that method.
