Is this a glitch or a bot??

So I recorded the following clip with Nvidia Instant Replay. Was just running through a dungeon and saw a dude walking on air then shot through the cave ceiling super man style. What the actual crap did I just see?

I got a look at his name, it's [snip]. Was it a bot or something?
