Its sad to see people happy to buy a product then when it fails be happy not to have the item they bought, to complain is a consumer right .Also i am intelligent or would like to think 20 yrs as a network commissioning engineer and after years of studying i know how networks work.I do not want their job they have it so THEY should do it without being upset when customers are unsatisfied when it does not. THEY should NOW satisfy THEIR customers by fixing it quickly and quietly while keeping paying customers informed.

Just check "R.I.P. PC EU" - already 112 pages - this EU server down s....t happens almost after every extended maintenance.
And ZOS just keep writing "Some people have issues", first of all it's a lies.
Server down means that no one can't login but when you write "through blossoms" some players have login issues unexperienced people will think that maybe problem is in their side.
Secondary if Your IT stuff can't wake up servers in right order or servers don't start right then maybe think about Your IT stuff, it's not first or second time when we have this problem.
And last thing - these kinds of problems that constant repeats do not raise company's popularity
