While we wait again for ESO Lives server (extended) and also news about PTS, could provide us Notes?
NA PC Server - CP810 - Played Since Beta 2014, but left for 4 years, coz games got unbalancing, boring and too much expensive (still?)

    They probably tweaked too much and accidentally divided by zero and the server achieved singularity now their watching as a rift to oblivion opens in the server room...

    I used to think that PvP was a tragedy, but now I realize, it's a comedy.

    For balance and performance improvements all weapons have been removed from the game.

    You won't love it after you find out how many skills are actually aoe. Especially if you're a templar that cant use his spammable more then once every 3 seconds.

    The real question is how changes will carry over into how skills work in pve

    Oh lord. If they go through with this they are going to break pvp for good.

    Now you know why they came out with all the proc sets, and buffed proc sets.
