Hi, can I please get the update on ticket status #200714-005309
We've submittes it 11 days ago, and still got no response. I understand you are owerwhelmed with tasks & working remotely due to COVID-19, but we waiting for any information about our problem every day, and got nothing. She's still getting emails from elder scrolls online and each time i'm hoping it's a ticket update, but all we get is newsletters about summerset event or free pet she can't claim. Since my wife's account @mysteryof
is also banned on website, she can't even manage the ESO newsletter options. T____T
