I have three different accounts. On one of them I bought four psjiic crates but only three registered. When I went to turn in a ticket I was told my account did not exist. When I put in my email to check on whether I had got the account name wrong, it said there was no account with that email. When I went to create an account, it said that the email was already in use. I verified that I had entered the email correctly. I would like to know how this inconsistency can be resolved so I can file a ticket.
