Ticket status and Help login problems

I've made a ticket and want to check the status. Tried now a couple of times to log into the help thingy. Connected my ESO Account with Steam cuz I play over steam. But it seems I can't check tickets in my connected account view. Same goes with my forum account...no ID and password works for me. So how do you check your freakin ticket status when you can't even login? Do you need another account just for ticket checking?
Help would be much appreciated.
