On live server it increases your damage by 550 and on PTS it only increases the damage by 492? I can't find anything in the notes about this. This and the nerf to New Moon is extremely concerning since you buff all proc sets (which are already overperforming on live server) while nerfing everybody who still plays stat based builds (the people who actually still play the game by themselves instead of letting procsets play for them). What's the point of this? Can as well let Alexa play for us at this point...
