Remove damage over time for vipers sting set

I think it’s time to remove the long standing damage over time for vipers sting set. Lower the damage to be more in line with ashen grip say 5400 damage and make it just proc off of direct damage. Stamina needs a set that procs instant damage again when dots in pvp are completely underwhelming due to how powerful healing is.
Yes I know viper was over performing years ago but times have changed and if you reduce the damage slightly it should be a viable set again
