Magical mushrooms - Graphic Bug
Quitting and Starting ESO with Video Settings "Fullscreen" cause systemwide graphical disports and strange colors (Not stopping the launcher).
Windows restart is needed to recover from that trip.
Video settings "windowed fullscreen" works fine.

Patch 6.1.2 is still bugged.
Once I run ESO a 2nd time, graphics get a mess and I need to restart the system.
PLEASE don't go live like this!0
