New Moon Acolyte: Reduced the Weapon and Spell Damage granted from this set’s 5 piece bonus to 401, down from 481. This was done to make up for the fact that the resource cost increase penalty can be easily alleviated in group settings by having allies supply you with sets or synergies.

Looks like ZOS is not only buffing proc sets, but is also nerfing viable stat-based alternatives.

It's starting to look like PvP will be hard to enjoy next patch.

I don’t think it’s too harsh of a nerf and the reasoning does make sense in a group setting virtually everyone’s running this set and it’s negated by group buffs. Unfortunately it does hurt the solo players who utilize the set as well.

Solo player or Pick up groups where people run selfish setup or are new and dont have gear/skill (orb)
In that kind of groups, i wasent runnin Lokke because of lack of Syn. It will be even harder with the little nerf in coming. NMA was very welcome because i could sustain it most of the time without reliying on people's help (for short fight tho, another level with harder content without support make it harder to use)

Now, i wont be able to use Lokke even more and NMA will be nerfed :<
