Can't remember security question and no way to reset password on PC

There's no option for other methods of verification and it simply repeats asking me what my security question is, which I seem to have no typed in correctly.

I can't even submit a ticket since it doesn't give you the option.

    Other things I can't remember:

    Date account created. (who keeps these emails?)
    City of my original login (although I have a few guesses its where I'm at now)
    Credit card on account (there's not one)
    Game Activation code (what the hell? Its a digital copy)
    Secret question answer (oh look, if I had this I woudln't need account recovery to begin with)

    Start an account recovery ticket on the Support website, @PizzaCat82.

    Pick the category that is “closest” to your issue ... and be sure to list the ticket number in your thread here.

    Submitted a Ticket to "Check on child's account"

    But its mine. I need to reset my password and security question.
