A very confusing and conflicting message on Olorime vs Spell Power Cure

Are these changes intentionally designed to irritate the community?? Because... when you make such glaringly obvious errors and proves that the left hand has no clue what the right hand is doing... you achieve this level of frustration well.

I'll let you peruse this for a moment... taken from YOUR patch notes for the PTS... ponder them, realize the conflicting message... maybe think about talking to one another ... maybe... at some point in the near future... loool.

    As far as I can see, zos is quite consistent here. Their wording might be strange, but the sets will behave quite similar in terms of the number of targets.
    Assuming you have perfect positioning, at fight start 6 players will get oloreme and the rest of your group will get it 1s delayed.
    SPC itself doesn't have a cap anymore, but it procs from overhealing and pretty much all heals have a target cap of 6 players. So you also will only hit 6 players at the start of the fight and the rest with a 1s delay.

    Which is stupid.

    Literally zero reason to use Olorime, especially because “excess” heals will also proc the buff from SPC. It doesn’t have to be ticks over 100% health. It’s a SUPER bizarre change.
