✭✭Combat don't look that great, but in the other hand I'll give a try to Prayer Shawl.
Doesn't matter if the amount of shield is a bit low if you can made it proc again and again.
Can be good in some situation.
Prayer has general CD of 2 seconds. If it procs on a single person, it can't proc 2 seconds again on anyone. Might be a viable replacement for Combat Physician for single players.
