These sets do very similar things, deal nearly same dot damage per second around you. But twin sister is clearly stronger and it will make storm knight "useless".

You can control when you apply twin and cast&forget, you have to stick to your target with storm knight. Twin deal more damage per second too.

Fix: add any exciting bonus to storm knight

    'Cause twin sisters is a "fake" medium armor sets that needs to be used as weapons/jewelries whilst functionally being a heavy one

    You need to block while using twin sisters , storm knight needs to be hit.

    Kinda feels like it should be other way around considering the armour types...
