Anyone know if this is still in effect?

If so ZoS could umm you know....fix that. Its neat and all the an enchanting rune makes the correct noise, but I think this is a bit more annoying.

    Yes the bug hasn't been fixed yet.

    At least there is an easy way to get it to stop.
    Open your CP screen and it will stop, until it does it again
