Server Performance and Game Mechanics
I think this is a nice direction to alleviate some of the stress on the server. Not to mention at the same time potentially hurting stacks of 40+ players. Thoughts on making all heals/utility only affect group members? There would be clear server benefits, while at the same time limiting how powerful a zerg can get. Abilities like healing ward/rapid regen wouldn't go on some random cp40 player running around with 10k max hp instead of your dying group members or yourself.
