Where is the test server located?

I'm having quite a bad Ping on the test server to be honest. I am wondering if it has to do with the location of the server or is it just bad because of changes?

this is normal, the pts usually is very poor performance compared to live. You will probs notice alot more desyncs and rubber banding if you do duels0 -
