You can run this through the calc pretty easily. You can check 'stealthed' to hit the 10% mod. Uncheck that and add the Warrior mundus with 1 Divines piece and that's pretty close (255 vs 258). My fully buffed wDmg of around 7k is only 40 different in favor of the 10%.

Exactly this, you get slight nerf on your first hit, while being buffed for like 60% of the remaining fight. Unless you gank, its straight out buff. And even in ganking this can be compensated for with vamp passive.

Except now your healing will be increased by 10% via Grim focus. Nightblades were buffed both offensively and defensively this update.

258 is more or less the bonus you have if have 2580 weapon / spell damage. If you have more, then it is a nerf....
So It is safe to say that for pretty much every NB build (gankers / bombers etc) it is quite a strong nerf, since on average you have 3K weapon / spell damage (and possibly more).

A 10% buff to critical healing is not even close to a flat 10% healing increase.

A 10% buff to critical healing is not even close to a flat 10% healing increase.
If it's not even close then your build is bad.

The grim focus seems like a PVE buff and a PVP nerf (in my own opinion). In PVE you'll get the crit bonus up until the bow proc and I'm assuming the bow proc itself benefits from the 10% crit damage. In execute it's just a flat out increase to damage since you don't use the bow proc anyway in execute.
Personally having the extra mitigation in PVP is worth more to me than 10% crit damage. Unless they really keep those impen nerfs I don't see it being that useful.
