Well I don't know which outfit is being discussed here but, was it last year? the Dungeon explorer outfit was causing players's hitboxes to be hidden so they couldn't be targeted. Crappy design on ZoS' part but quickly exploited in pvp by those happy to use an exploit to get ahead.

Instead of ZOS having to play whack-a-mole stamping out cheaters, how about just removing all rewards from open world PvP areas and making them PvE.
PvP can move to Battlegrounds only where it's easier to spot and investigate cheaters.

Worst idea in the entire history of bad ideas. It’s so bad, that my idea of doing cartwheels after half a bottle of tequila with my very bestest of friends, seems like a brilliant one

Cartwheels? I did front flips on the lawn when I was drunk... That soft grass...

Oof, I hope it was soft grass and not green pavement

Let's call this costume: costume X'

What happens when you put on X?
Does it make you invisible? Does it buff your damage? Does it increase your speed? What does it result in?

Genial especially as you could not ban people because of it, its an costume they might wear because they like it or being told by group leader in pug to wear it as a uniform.
Grinding just make you go in circles.
Asking ZoS for nerfs is as stupid as asking for close air support from the death star.

I would like to know how competent pvper you are to blame someone using hacks? There is this absolutely terrible streamer sending ticket after ticket for some stupid accusations. You don´t happen to stream yourself?

Lots of rewards come from the Cash Store. You really think they'd remove the way to make you feel special via cash purchases?

    Try again.

Exploits should not be discussed publicly. That said, we're reaching out to the OP to get more information, and will be closing this thread to avoid the temptation to continue discussing. Thanks for understanding, and if anyone ever has information about an exploit, please PM a staff member rather than creating a public thread.
