    Hello. :) There is some confusion about crystal fragments. https://forums.elderscrollsonline.com/en/discussion/537310/frags-bug#latest

    In the current patchnotes it was stated that crystal fragments can proc of themselves.
    Testing this, it became apparent that only hard casted crystal shards can produce this proc, yet not the proc itself can.
    This is confusing because even right now on live, hard casted crystal shards can proc crystal fragments.

    Leading us to believe that it is a bug that crystal fragments can not proc another crystal fragment.

    Hello,

    the patch notes for 6.1.0 mentioned that Crystal Fragments would proc off itself.
    I have tested this intensively and I can safely say that this effect does not yet happen.
    Is that a bug or is it designed that way?

    Both bonuses of updated Light Weaver passive are bugged:
    1. Ultimate returns - this mechanic has same bug as Honor the Dead, which was fixed in patches 1.2.5 and 2.7.5: ult return not occurring if you healing the target to above 50% Health.

    So far I've noticed this with streak/ball of lightning, shadow image, and take flight/ferocious leap. Nothing looks different from the caster's perspective, but from the other player's perspective the caster becomes completley desynced from their animation and position.

    With shade, the caster teleports multiple times. This appears to also be a real location desync, as the caster can be hit with abilities from outside of range while in the desynced animation. Below is a clip of what I'm talking about.

    With streak, the caster visually teleports multiple times. The CC attached to streak seems to be very buggy and difficult to break free from as a result of this, although that could just be PTS performance.

    With both morphs of leap, the caster appears to initiate the knockback portion of the CC prior to landing the leap animation, resulting in the caster visually remaining up in the air for a second after landing the ability, before teleporting/rubberbanding to the ground an instant later. For the player being targeted with the leap, the knockback animation is extremely buggy and a fast break free often results in a mid air slow fall to the ground.

    Hopefully ZOS can acknowledge this. Would hate for this to go live.

    Lotus blossom still doesn't show weapon visuals unlike Green Lotus, scorch and it's morphs still come up behind you when you get knocked back even though you never technically face the direction behind you.

    The 10% cost reduction to an ability after casting crystal frag, only works if you hard casted it which makes it pretty useless. The cost reduction should also work when you procced instant frag.

    The Battlefield Mobility tooltip is showing me the same "current value" of 36% whether or not I have 1H&S actually equipped.

    If that's intended behavior, it shouldn't be. :)

    Still a bug about werewolf when using ferocious roar the heavy attack speed buff only apply on the second heavy attack you made.

    Necro skill : Restoring Tether morphs -Mortal coil is bugged!!


    This morph ticks twice or thrice in the one tick, which give this skill twice / thrice the heal amount it should provide in the duration.

    Shadow Mundus Tooltip is 17% with full divines instead of 18%
    Damage modifier works correct. It is just visual issue on character screen.

    Trap beast is still only 5 meters with DK when it, a melee skill, should be 7
