[SUGGESTION] IDEA ABOUT NEXT EXPANSION

We can guess that next Expansion will lead us to Cyrodiil and discover story behind prophet ( the last member of 5 companion ).

I hope that ZoS will not bring the same system which we've already bored. Then I post a thread here to share my oponion about next expansion ( I know that Greymore just come out for few month but expansion took year to develope ).

I have an idea. We already had Psychic Order Guild, that special mage can control time. Then let them open a time portal and let us discover Cyrodiil in the past at its glory time ( at the time Molag Bal invaded Tamriel , I know it sound nostalgia, but I really want to walk inside Cyrodiil Capital 1 more time to buy stuff ). Bcoz the power of Psychic Order mage is limited, they only can let us discover a small part but not all Cyrodiil. Then, we can have a small PvE version of Cyrodiil, where PvE player can experience epic battle siege. Invasion will be new public event, this system will replace for Dolmen which alreay old. We can have a trial which present the most bloody seige battle between Molag Bal army and other hero. It will be Epic

Time travel is a dead idea for poor writting, just look at wow and "warlords of draenor" yeah thats the worst expension back then
There's too much story to tell in our time period, in other realm, other dimension, continent, to bother going back in time imo

I'd like an Invasion system which is alike to some random events, but an antedated Cyrodiil might sound like a gargantuan overhaul.

So much more to explore on Tamriel and the rest of Nirn. Lets not lean into lazy story telling for nostalgia, but instead let people create new places to discover.

^This. Imperials deserve some quality content, other than being antagonists in every other race's stories and the PvP-enabled Daedric cesspit we got.

I am not sure there is enough space to do a full chapter but perhaps a Skingrad DLC.

It is most of Nibenay that the current Cyrodil map is missing but the prophet is Colovian

We have how much of Tamriel left to explore and we already know what we need to about Varen. Not saying he wouldn't/shouldn't be mentioned in a story but I could not care less about him and would like any story that takes place in Cyrodiil area to not be about him. Every part of hus story that was relevant has already been explored in the base game, there's nothing more to tell about the dude.
And please no timetravel, not a full expansion of it. It inevitably makes for bad story telling. There are like two good time travel stories out there and they only work because they're comedies, a completely different genre than ESO.

The prophet appeared in Orsinuim.

The only non-flashback appearance missing from the companions is Manimarco. History is blank on this but we know at some point in the 3rd era he ascended to lichdom.

Given we are a good 200 years from the empires unification {eso takes place in 2E 582 and Tiber Septims axtivities are much later} its also unlikely that Cyrodil will feature.

We have a Psijic Order Guild. Not a psychic guild as I do not think mind reading is in the game.\

While the general idea could be interesting, it would not make sense. I am not sure the Psijic Order can travel back years at a time. If they could then the entire Summerset main story would make no sense because we could have just traveled back and corrected the problem. The suggestion seems more like jumping the shark and I do not think Zos has a reason to be desperate like that.
