Best guess is 4 weeks.
The 5 week plan for Greymoor was because it was a chapter. Stonethorn is only a dungeon DLC pack.If I was a betting man next week. PTS datamines usually happen around 4 weeks after the latest crate drop.

That was not announced on ESO Live or the ESO news clipping.
Best guess is 4 weeks or August 10th ... although ZOS is still working from home.
