What do I do? I’m making a new character on ps4 NA, do I close the game? Would it corrupt anything? Is it just that the servers are filled?

Deleting your local save data may help allow your characters to log back in successfully.- From the PlayStation Dynamic Menu, navigate to Settings.
- Go to Application Saved Data.
- Click on Saved Data in System Storage
- Select "Delete"
- Select The Elder Scrolls Online.
- Place ticks next to ESO Save Data.
- Select [Delete] and then select [OK] to confirm your decision.
