Unable to Edit Friend's Notes nor Create Web Tickets/Login to Web Support (PC-NA)

Hi,

I did make an in-game ticket about this last night, although I do not see the auto-response and am hoping maybe one of the Devs/Admins/Mods who read through issues can take a look at it.

For the last few days, I can not Add new friends (they can add me) -- it tells me that I must wait a longer time before I can do that (never saw that before and I've played since CBT, etc.) -- however it seems to be working on and off now (small CD seems to hang up at times)

I still can't edit friend's notes though, regardless. It doesn't save, nothing happens no amount of relogs or disable/enable add-ons.

Lastly, I can not login to web support nor create a web ticket regardless of PW change via your website since last fall!!! This fall, it will be one year that I can not do that.

I've been okay with just making them in-game, but it's getting a bit crazy that this long and it still persists.

I don't have a ticket # to reference, it was made in game and I didn't get an email for it yet (made it last night, after reset so very early this morning depending on how you view it).

    Here is a screen shot of the error message when adding friends (there is no error message for the other 2 issues, just -- nothing happens):

    I know there's a small Cool-down but it seems to get "stuck" in that loop sometimes. Or something else is triggering that CD and so it doesn't work consistently for me (at least not several times when I tried to add someone, but worked at another time).

    And just to rule out different computers, browsers etc.

    I have tried to access support on 5 browsers and 3 different computers. I can log in to support on another account no problem, already tested as you can see in my contact history with support.

    If you forgot your password or otherwise can’t log in, start an account recovery through the Support website ... and be sure to list the ticket number in your thread here.

    Yes, I do get responses to in-game tickets. I have been using them since Nov when needed (sometimes I've contacted them from another account and then verified that way).

    You get an auto-response, if you reply to it with the problem it will open the ticket.

    Account recovery is not it. I have been that route months ago. But I do appreciate the response! They will need to have actual tech-specialists look at what's going on.
