Suspension Reason? (Ticket: 200630-003692)

Hello,

A few days ago I logged in to my ESO account to receive the message that I was suspended, I have not been issued any reason as to why I was suspended and although yes I have had warnings in the past I have been doing my very best since then to not breach the TOS and trying to put things right where possible.

This is not a begging thread by any means, I would simple like to know the reason for my suspension at this time.

    The only way to get a suspension lifted is through an Online Support ticket, @Xao.

    You won’t get an official reply here in the forums.

    Be sure to list the ticket number in your thread here.

    The only way to lift suspension is through a ticket, @Auriarose.

    I’m sure @ZOS_BillE can help if you provide the main ticket number.

    Remember that submitting multiple tickets on the same issue will send you to the back of the line.

    Also, the Support Team is experiencing high volumes right now ... so being persistent but polite will help resolve the issue faster.
