Social banned AGAIN??????

Well, I was unbanned yesterday, but got social banned again today.
Same thing this time, I didn't do anything wrong or causing problems.
I waited over 15 days to answer to the last ticket

I hope this will be resolved quickly.

should i just wait until the relply comes?

Our support team has been dealing with higher than normal ticket volume which has led to some delays with ticket responses. A response will be coming though on the ticket to help with the social ban.
