1: A Quiver for archers, or anyone who wants to wear one in the second weapon slot.
The Quiver would be just like any other item, with stats, can be a part of sets and whatever.
2: An Escape Rope: you would set it (lets say at the start of a delve) and whenever you're ready to leave it would guide you back out. This would either be a light that only you can see, or an actual rope or maybe even just port you back to wherever you first placed the rope.
3: I would like it if we could start to trade/ sell bound items. Honestly, what even is that? Why are items bound to the player?
Okay, so when you get a (BOE) item you can trade it for a short time to the players who were in that group and you can see their names listed on the item, instead make that just the players name who got the item and keep it there forever. Now you may have the item, but you'll always know that you didn't earn it. Now we all win, and this adds re-play value.
If you trade the item to a group member the name would change to that players name, since they were there and did the work, just didn't get that drop at that time, maybe you already have that item, or can sell it for more at that time because the name will change to that player, adding value.
You picking up what I'm laying down?
At least make it so that you can trade bound items to your source, idk if you can already, I haven't done it yet but I doubt you can.
You're supposed to share everything with your partner!

4: Speaking of that, this idea just came to me. Sorry, I normally plan better than this but is there same sex marriage in ESO, like can two players of the same gender use the rings of Mara?
If not it's time, it's 2020 and that way of thinking is about at dead at the word "***".
5: A Bloodfiend Pet, customizable. You not only can customize the way it looks, but then alter the stages of its Bloodfiendish form.
The player could set the pet to either Attack Mode, or Pack Mode.
In Attack Mode the Bloodfiend has a set of stats and skills that the player could level up, turn on and off and set priority to so the Fiend is more likely to use that Ability in combat or maybe to act as a Tank and always try to ago. You could set its behavior.
With this idea, you would have to add this stat/combat option to all pets to keep it fair, but who said anything about fair?
In pack mode, you could upgrade it to carry more items, causing it to move slower (Not always keeping up with you) and add visible backpacks to it.
This number key has been removed from this keyboard to help with playing ESO lol, my left hand is a little numb and I get lost on the keys, so I've removed useless keys and changed around the controls a bit to meet my needs

Moving on!:
SIX: A custom companion.
I'm pretty anti-social. I don't use Discord, I don't know people to group with (Which makes group dungeons really hard because random groups from Que can and often are just SO bad...)
So maybe add NPC's in the game that you can hire to come with you to help in combat. There should be NPS's of all kinds like healers and tanks and of all levels with different prices or requirements.
I think these NPC's should also have abilities and stats just like any other NPC or player, and once you get them and start using them they start to level up.
They could have the behavior options so the player can control what they do and don't do. This NPC would be sent to your home or (Put away) when you're in a group and that NPC wouldn't work on other players. Like your healer wouldn't heal everyone that's around you but not grouped with, it would only heal you.
You could have the option to apply different pre existing skins to this NPC, to make it look like one of your other characters or the character of a friend.
7: Anchor grinding party leader Zap controls.
So grinding in the Alikr Desert is pretty popular, I spend too much time doing it but mostly for materials.
Often there are people grouped who just stand there at one anchor, often who seem AFK. They get zapped but sometimes don't die.
I think the party leader should have a zap controller and can control the timer. So if they want to they can make it so that you cannot stop moving or you'll be zapped.
