This CAN'T BE REAL!! GAME CRASHED/FROZE IN BGS! LAST THING WAS A NECRO SKULL ABOUT TO HIT ME!!

So I was playing in BGs walking around doing chaos ball. I was tossing javelins to get to them. So I toss one at the top, and I am about to ascend the ramp and then I see a necro skull about to hit me from behind. I was like "ok, just a necro skill no problems take the hit keep moving up"
Then the game screen just froze. It didn't crash, just a frozen state. I was just looking at the screen with the necro skull just about to hit me in the back. Unfortunately I don't think I took the screenshot. I closed out via windows task manager.
To be fair with so many sorcs in BGs and MagPlars, I was dying left and right all over the place.
This wasnt a snare type freeze but like No next Frame was produced. At first I thought my whole PC froze but then I hit the windows key and it came up. I had to close the screen in order to see the other screens lol.
Anybody else have this happen? wth? let me go log back in...

HansK✭✭✭Yes, same although not in BG but in regular PvE. Not sure atm if it's game or add-on related.

✭✭The freezing issue started for me with Update 25. I can get past stage 1 if I burn down the boss before he hits me with a skull. There's basically no chance of that in stage 9.
I've had the same thing once or twice when a delve or overland boss hits me with a flaming skull. It's always a skull that does it!0 -
