I had been communicating with an agent when action had to be taken on my end, which I did. It's now been around (3) days and it still says Waiting on Agent. My question is this the usual amount of wait time or did I mess up somewhere along the line? I understand that there are extenuating circumstances I just wanted to verify that I hadn't somehow missed a step.
