Harrowstorms are bugged

I ran up on the Black Morass Harrowstorm and the storm is churning and lighting and stuff, but no mob spawns, no tendril things, ain't nothin yeehawin here.
Others said they had 2 or more Harrowstorms bug out.

Pyr0xyrecuprotite✭✭✭✭✭A few hours ago (about 7:30pm EDT) today, the North Watch harrowstorm was bugged on my instance of PC/NA Western Skyrim. The storm was in full progress re visual effects, but no actual pikes nor enemy mobs up. You couldn't fight anything, and the storm was un-ending. This ALSO had the effect of blocking any further topside storms from spawning at other locations, so you HAD to go down into Blackreach to try complete the storms there for the HS daily. At least those were working, albeit with all the usual challenges of trying to get to the storm in time before it was finished by the large crowds waiting at each location.0 -

Xbox and PC/EU have had the same issue for days. I've been regularly updating this thread Harrowstorms are broken with the ones I've come across, and today has been the worst I've ever seen. Every single storm I've seen since I logged in today has been bugged.
