- quest name is: prologue quest: the coven conspiracy.
- the issue is that its grayed out in the store and i cant start the quest chain.

so basicly 10 hours ago i opened an earlier ticket where i exactly wrote down the issue with possible fixes such as "marking the quest as finished and adding the shoulder motif to my character or starting the quest manually and i got back "we cant help you if you dont tell us whats it about" -.-
