Problems linking Stadia with ESO account

Dear support, I deleted my stadia account 2 months ago and created a new account on the same email address this month when eso was released. Thing is I linked eso to this email address and deleted it from eso before deleting the stadia account. Now I cant seem to link it again because it has been linked before. This all happened pre ESO Stadia release but the option to link the accounts was already available in my eso account. I already made a ticket about the situation 200618-006958

Can the Stadia account still be linked to my ESO account?

    Dear Support, last reply I received is:
    "I am escalating your ticket to a specialized team to ensure you receive the best possible resolution of your issue. Thank you for your patience while they review your request, they should be reaching out to you shortly."

    But the ticket says "customer response required" It has been a couple of days now so I fear something is amiss.

    Could any ZOS employee please review my ticket and check if everything is okay?

    Can any mod check if my ticket is in the right place? Support told me I should be contacted by a specialised team which would reach out to me shortly.

    It has been six days now and I know support is quite busy but I'd like to make sure my ticket is in the right place.

    I've been told before a specialised team would reach out to me, then I had to upload screenshots which I did the very instant I was asked for them, then I received the same message "a specialised team reach out to me shortly" and then nothing for 6 days now.

    Today while checking the ticket I saw that it has been updated 1 day ago, but there is no new info, still the same info that a specialised team will reach out to me ¨soon¨ does that mean that after 17 days I´ve been placed to the back of the queue again?
