I run Cowards' Gear on my toons while questing, even light armor wearers. Jewellery + inferno staff makes questing super fast.

If you happen to be a NB, this effect also appears to stack with concealed weapon allowing you to move invisible with both the 30% and 25% movement bonus.

my apologies but that is simply not true.

concealed weapon movement bonus only applies to sneaking and you must be in sneak Completely and Crouched for it to take effect.
while the movement speed for cowards gear only applies to standing and running and completely standing.
they cannot stack because they are different movement bonus that appose eachother in stances.

So concealed weapon doesn't work with the invisible effect Unnatural Movement gives you? That's lame.

well if it stacked too much it would go beyond the sneak speed limit and people would constantly complain on the forums that they believe it isn't fair, which is what cause it to be removed the first time this happened.
i loved when we could sneak as fast and sometimes even FASTER than horses.
however i was moving so fast at times i would get launched off even small hills and DIE LOL.
but it harmed no one, we could fast sneak at extreme speeds, but some one reported it and it was nerfed and the sneak speeds were deleted.
those fast speeds harmed no one accept us cause we went so fast we risked our own deaths.
the very INSTANT that eye would open we would loose sneak speeds completely and it gave Zero advantage in pvp and in pve, zero advantage.
zenimax put a limit on all movements speeds both in running and in sneak that we have now no choice but to live with.
for me it is VERY distastefull and i HATE these slow creeping sneak speeds we see today but is not going to be any faster, those days are long gone.

Interesting. I didn't know they had caps on sneak speed.

I have a speed build Night Blade I play sometimes who uses that new mythic ring combined with swift jewelry and that steed buff. I'll have to test him out sometime with unnatural movement and Coward's to see if I've reached it already.

    Steed is 10%
Swift Jewelry is 6% each at gold quality, so lets assume 18%
RIng of the WIld Hunt is 45% out of combat.
    Concealed Weapon is 25%
    Base Movement Speed is 100%.

    So now we do: 100+10+18+45+25=198

So, assuming you're not using Unnatural Movement with sprinting, you are at 198% speed while hidden and out of combat, just 2% short of the cap. This also assumes you're using 0 Divines. I also just assumed you're using Concealed Weapon, if you're not it would only be 173%.

Also worth noting, Swift is getting a 1% buff with Stonethorn patch, which would bring you over the cap, wasting 1%.

Wow. Thanks for doing all the math for me. ^^

Looks like Coward's wouldn't be worth it for me then. Especially since I use all divines so steed gives me 15% So I could probably even afford to shed some speed - especially after Stonethorn lands it looks like.

concealed weapon tooltip says "or invis" + I did a test a few minutes ago to get sure.

So - even if your statement stands and I have no prove - Its a fact that concealed and Vamp 4 invis + coward work perfect together and are faster then without concealed.
