why on the Russian forum, no one responds to users ' requests for help with problems in the game ?

I don't know, what category did you put it in? If you mean official (ie ZOS) response they hardly ever respond, even on the English forum. In fact you may have more luck there if you go to the German one. As for why other players don't? No idea, don't know the level of activity in the Russian forum.

It's just that there are already a lot of messages typed and not one Zos did not respond. With activity there all well, but apparently times perishing decided after so many years introduce Russian language in game and forum on site, then can need to then to and players on their questions respond. If they are not going to do this, then it was not necessary to create a Russian-speaking forum on the site, and to localize the game, in this case, too.

Here's a secret for you. They don't answer here either. Once upon a blue moon Gina or Jessica, the teo CMs, may appear and say something but the devs by and large never answers. So Russian forum isn't that different than English because we don't get answers from the devs either. The forums is for players to talk to other players and to post bug reports that the devs hopefully reads (but never responds to).

as i know russian too, i took a look and from all 40 - 50 discussions at russian forum there is only 3 - 4 that if it was in english may be but not necessary would receive answer.

At the moment, my personal problem is that it is not possible to play PVP. There is a very strong lag and it is unclear why. Sounds like your standard Cyrodiil experience, which has been brought up in the English forum a million times. Don't think a single one of them ever got any kind of real answer. At most it's a, we're looking into performance, but that's it. And even those only happens once upon a blue moon.

The problem is not that there is always a lag, but that when there is no one on the campaign, each Alliance has one division of workload and to find someone to fight you need to go around the entire map, the game is lagging. Where does the load come from ? From 10 people who are there running around ? I'm not talking about those periods of time when there are a lot of people and everything is lagging because of this, and when there is no one. I have this problem appeared not so long ago. This has never happened before. If I came to an empty campaign and my ping was 100, then it felt like 100, and now even on an empty campaign it lags, as on a filled one. That's the problem.

i've meant even in english it is not sure you will receive answers by admin. russian forum is just new.
for pvp i can't say anything as i dropped it years ago
for me too eu server feels laggy with ping100- 130, my ping at na server is around 200 but feels more stable
there is ongoing discussions here for couple different problems about skill delay (may be it is part of ongoing performance patch that is no finished but it is my thought, may be will get better at 29.06)
about freezing when getting experience (may be will be fixed at 29.06 patch)

it is not guaranteed that will help but atleast you will know if it is or if it is not problems with your network

I have no idea where the lag comes from and by all accounts neither does ZOS. Hence why no response.
