The Naked Nord in Deshaan was a huge disappointment though. Not only his story is nothing like the true Naked Nords who rightfully lost their pants and enchanted family heirloom axes to "a witch" they decided to get frisky with, but the quest was also an exact copy of a quest in Rivenspire.

Naked Nord since Morrowind has always been my ever forlorn role I've always wanted to play in various TES and other games, but never really got to that, always wanting but never quite managing to play a restricted truly dumb ass brute for the lulz (well maybe I am sort of being one myself, performance-wise at least). Even Naked Altmer started as stupid stamina battle axe wielding templar, but a MMO is a MMO, and so I rerouted him quickly on the magicka path. Oh well.

Yeah, that's how its down with sauna, even down here in Austria. Altho you usually get right back into the sauna after the dip in the cold water, not stand around chatting with people...

But... we all know ZOS wouldn't wanna show any "naughty bits" in their game, for fear of some "people" choosing to get all offended and call them perverts, and maybe sue them or whatever... so there is that. And thus I would much rather see linen loincloths for those instances where a nord does indeed get in-story naked due to mead and an encounter with some random "witch"...

Aww, sad to see him getting "patched". I thought it was funny seeing him strutting around unbothered by the cold like the Nord he is.

The artists work really hard on _all angles_.... I just wish they'd still let us look with those other lower angles sometimes-- they used to. I'm not ashamed to admit it. Being an illustrator, I fully recognize the level of work it takes, knowing underlying anatomy, to develop characters with the physical models that draw as well they do from any angle is difficult.

Hats off to the artists and developers. I am frequently drawn to this game as my favorite because of the massive landscape, the panoramic views, the characters, and the animal behaviors.... it is just _amazingly well done_.

To Zenimax: Thank you for NOT allowing the bean-counters to kill the magic and wonder of the game by attempting to reduce everything to a dry, unfeeling statistic.

I think people forget we ARE talking about Nords here. They do this. They don't mind the cold, they drink all kinds of powerful mead, and they spend a great deal of time moving between their homes and their outdoor hot springs (modern day hot-tubs), so it's normal to find a nearly naked Nord. I'm just wondering where the female version is....

It actually must be SUPER Hot in ...frosty western Skyrim because even "Danel Telleno" the provisioning certification master is fanning his face, in fact it is so warm it has made him stand like a Duchess...

Awww, it was fun running across him while questing, I thought he was supposed to be a Naked Nord for Western Skyrim. ZOS doesn't know how to have fun or use TES tropes.
