UI Error that freezes everything but ContAltDelete (Selling at Fence)

I am PC/NA use Windows 8.1. Get this when trying to sell to Fence. Tried in Summerset, then went to the Thieves Guild and tried at Fence there.
I couldn't use the mouse, OR the gamepad. Everything froze. Including keyboard. Finally, both times, I used ContAltDelete to endtask on Eso and
started again. Same thing.

Daiyanae✭✭✭Yes, I have 4; Dolgubon's writ crafter, Lost Treasure, Fyrakens MiniMap and NoAccidentalStealing but I didn't have them disabled.
I'll try that.
