Are there game masters in ESO?

Not sure if this is the right forum but here we go. Are there traditional game masters in ESO that can spawn mobs for quests if there are issues or resolve simmilar problems? I'm stuck on the quest Danger in the Holds and asked for help using the quest assistance form but so far I've only got automated emails in response.

✭Nope. You won't ever see any ZOS people in game except for a schedule live stream. I heard a few play anonymously but idk. Given the changes they make it's hard to picture they seriously play the game at any kind of competitive level.0 -

We couldnt attack the GM so it was definitely not an imposter, you can also see that his character is marked as Citizen. I think someone reported a bug of a delve boss that didnt spawn and the GM came to fix it, he died when he was done.PC - EU (AD)Septimus Mezar - Altmer Sorcerer
