See, I find it kinda disappointing, but I've done this rodeo enough times now to know that you Never Play on Patch Day. There are always problems. I don't even blame ZOS for them, you know? They just can't forsee everything that's going to happen once several hundred thousand people all try to log in at the same time.This is kind of disappointing considering that the people who bought the physical CE paid more for Greymoor than anyone else did and aren't able to access it at the same time as people who bought cheaper versions, but I agree with prioritizing the PC-EU login issues, as that's clearly a bigger and more important issue. So it's somewhat disappointing, but understandable in the circumstances.
Also, they're clearing the queue pretty fast. I just got my authorisation for the new Chapter by email, and I only submitted my details yesterday.

Due to the fact that my laptop which I use for my mails crashed I lost a lot of mails of the last months.
So I didn´t recognized that it hasn´t worked.
On the other hand there is a bug in the UI of the ingame shop a.t.m. so it looks for some (or all?) as if they have buyed Greymoor even if they did not.
This made the confusion perfect
So anyone with similar problems should check if the payment process was really successfull because the UI ingame shows no vaild information.

Same here: bought the chapter, sent proof (last week!) and still haven't heard back from my agent
nor did I grant access to the new chapter. It is amazingly bad.
But at least I got a mail with a survey to answer how pleased with the support I was.
