Cannot access Western Skyrim (Nor Greymoor content)

    Also, they're clearing the queue pretty fast. I just got my authorisation for the new Chapter by email, and I only submitted my details yesterday.

    You have the access granted but it doesn't work. That's what they are trying to fix.

    Same issue here can't get access to greymoor (EU server) - is ESO Plus member

    We have updates on a few different issues in the thread linked below. Regarding Greymoor access, there is an ongoing investigation into some Steam players still not having access.

    Just logged in this morning and unable to access Western Skyrim (PC EU), it says content is locked yet i am ESO+ and was questing there yesterday, anyone else with this issue?

    Bought the CE on Steam last week. Noticed I didn't get the pre-order mount.
    I sent a ticket and got asked to send the bill, which I did, since then (22.05)
    no response from my agent whatsoever.
    I then noticed, once I could log into the game after the release, that none of the
    items from CE or the chapter at all showed on my account.
    Steam shows the chapter in my library, tho.

    It does not affecct only Steam Players.
    I don´t use Steam for ESO.
    I have buyed Greymoor in the Shop and it doesn´t work either.

    Of course I have already opened tickets. In game, on the web site and posted the issue in the forum.
    Did it help? Not at all :(

    Did the maintenance today help? Not at all.

    And again, it is no question if the game has been bought on steam or elsewhere.
    And it does not matter if you have an ESO-Plus account or not.
    And it does not matter if it is the physical, digital, collectors or standard edition of Greymoor or how we have purchased it.

    Meanwhile I have talked to some other players and read several postings in the forum and it shows that everyone can be affected.

    And sorry but it is payed content, so it is not our business to help, it´s your´s.....
    I´m ESO-Plus member from the start and playing since beta but this release is really the worst I ever experienced in this game.

    Little suggestion to the CEO.....maybe don´t spent so much money in the future for expensive render trailers and put it in the technical equipment, IT-Manpower and in the quality >:)

    I've done it three days ago! It says "Investigation ongoing", today's maintenance didn't solve the problem.

    Opened 2 Tickets this week. 1 in game, the other on the website but I did not remember the numbers right now.
    Anyway this seems to be a bigger database problem :(

    Update and solution:

    I got response from the support team.
    In the end the purchasing of Greymoor via Paypal has failed :/
    Due to the fact that my laptop which I use for my mails crashed I lost a lot of mails of the last months.
    So I didn´t recognized that it hasn´t worked.

    On the other hand there is a bug in the UI of the ingame shop a.t.m. so it looks for some (or all?) as if they have buyed Greymoor even if they did not.
    This made the confusion perfect :p

    So anyone with similar problems should check if the payment process was really successfull because the UI ingame shows no vaild information.

    Sorry for my harsh reaction but together with all the other problems it did not seem to be a payment problem.

    Not my case, I have code activated and I sent screenshots of proof alongside with the code itself to support.

    I got the quest when it was accessible for everyone before I activated the code. I thought it was a pre-quest or something and dropped it after the first maintenance. Could that be the reason why I'm blocked out of it now, @ZOS_JessicaFolsom ?

    nor did I grant access to the new chapter. It is amazingly bad.

    But at least I got a mail with a survey to answer how pleased with the support I was.
    You must be kidding, guys...
    I didn't hear from my agent in over a week.

    No, nothing.

    I asked them for answers on so many platforms now and all I get is standard information.
    On Twitter they now told me that I won't need an update for my issue, but my agent will check
    in with me. The same thing they repeat since I sent my bill on the 22.05.

    I'm now over the 14 days policy of Steam that would have allowed me to just refund my game.
    But I'll write their support to address this very case so at least I will get my money back if ZOS
    is unable to make things work.
    Not that anyone cares whether I leave after 4 years of playing this game or not, of course.

    I have checked both of your tickets regarding Greymoor access and both look to have the issue resolved. If not, please update your existing tickets.
