It looks like the villain off Underworld 2 only without wings.

I was told the original model had wings, but they removed them. My guess is they were obstructing the camera too much (which is the last thing this game needs more of). So if that was the cause, I agree with the decision.

It looks pretty cool to me, honestly. I don't know why people have such an issue with it. It certainly looks vampireish.

Actually if you did not see the other threads, it got cut because the lore team said it was lore breaking because we are not Vampire Lords, so they told the design team "No no you cant do that"

    No I didn't see that.

I did see some earlier videos of what could have been the winged versions though and the wings were very large and obstructed the view of what you are fighting. Don't get me wrong, I like cool looking bat wings. But if they get in the way of what I'm fighting and make it difficult to see I would whether do without them.

I haven't seen the new vamp look. So it is basically a lord without wings? I enjoyed my look in Skyrim as a female vamp lord. I was hoping they would do something along those lines for females and males.

Is there a difference between them or do we all look the same regardless of sex or race?

Blood Scion not even close looks like Marcus from Underworld 2, and defenetly don't looks like vampire. He looks like tall, bulky, glowing Xivkyn or demon with huge horns, he moves like human and don't useses his claws. Almost nothing similar to agile Vamlire Lord form TES: Skyrim and his prototype - Marcus from Underworld 2. Note that in the picture below all 3D models scaled to one size, in reality Blood Scion and ESO Vampire Lords looks HUGE in game.

Funny thing that Blood Scion and ESO Vampire Lord models are almost the same and ESO Vampire Lord looks fine for me, pretty vampiric (except horns and huge size), but all that little details make huge difference in how Blood Scion looks and feels:
    - even bigger horns
    - different stance and animation
    - different eyes
    - different claws and using of weapon
    - more bulky armor
    - no wing stumps
    - stupid glow around model
All this make him looks like a Xivkyn not like a Vampire.

One of the things i dislike in Blood Scion and ESO Vampire Lord is gigantism and inconsistency in sizes.

It looks like him to me, XomRhok.

Maybe a little more muscular than Marcus was, but they certainly resemble each other when I look at them. They look like a man/bat mutants.

I actually always thought the wing stumps in TES 5 were kind of silly looking.

In my opinion, it would have been awesome if it was a full fledged set of wings (and not just wing stumps) but they went half-way with wing stumps instead and it's like...my view is that you should either commit to full wings or don't have wings at all.

I'm rather glad we don't have the wing stumps.

Don't get me wrong, it would be cool if we had a full set of fully fledged wings, but if we can't have that then at least we don't have to deal with wing stumps.

Good thing them obstructing the player view isn't what got them removed then.

It's good someone like it, sad thing that they don't make at least one morph for the crowd who don't. If you don't play it on PTS you will meet Bloodknight NPCs later in chapter story, they could be that another morph for me, without or with little adjustments.

Yep. Considering the fact that Blood Scion ult doesn't bring any new mechanics or gameplay they can make Vampire Lord or Blood Scion polymorph as reward for veteran trial and in crown shop, for those who want it.

You all must remember that vampirism is like most virus or diseases, it can evolve. It has been stated in lore books in ESO as well. Lamae Bal created you to be the first of your kind with a new vampire lord like form to be tested out, called Perfect Scion, or at least what she called it (I've seen screen-shots of the new interaction with her for Greymoor, and she says this). Therefore, the vampire you are in ESO is Unique to the one in skyrim.

Blood Scion, Perfect Scion is the name of a morph but the creature is called Blood Scion.
