Be Safe
Happily the game isn' t just about stats for everyone ..

PvE: Blood for Blood will be the main Magicka spammable except for Sorcerers since it doesn't proc Crystal Fragments.
I don't know if pets benefitting from Bloodthirsty will help enough

Sometimes we do agree!MrBrownstone wrote: »I don't use pets because I hate them so I gimp my damage already.
Wow well I have two vet Templars, one magic one stamina based. My stam gal is a vamp the other is not. Seriously don't want to turn my magic gal just for stats. She can survive quite well as it is now and recover her magic as needed. My stam gal is a beast, no pun intended, LOL! Will have to see how the rework effects her and decide if she needs to be human again.
So the new classes Warden and Necro, will they need to be vamps? I just came back to the game and haven't made either class yet. Was waiting until Greymoor dropped.
Since when Critical Surge is a must have for sorc?
Nobody force u to use Malacath's Band of Brutality that simple. Stick with your old build and keep rolling.
No nerf here, just more options for different builds.

I don't understand how is this related? The vampire part is about PvE.

Apparently yes.
The funniest part is: This whole vampire rework was to make being vampire more important of a choice instead of BiS in PvE due to 10% recovery. But it only got worse since it increases sustain by much more thanks to health cost spammable and also increases damage.
Did I miss a detail in the fine print? How is it increasing sustain? I thought the one ability just returned some of your health when you turned it off.
Same, but it seems the devs really want people to play vampire.

THis is the second post I have seen you make about how much you don't like the new vamp stuff cause you think it's too strong. There is a very real risk of dying using vampire abilities, not just because of the short range but also because of the health cost, yeah your burst numbers are high but most classes won't keep up on the sustained dps. Warden and Necromancer with their high passive healing probably will be able to sustain it the best, and they were both on the lower end of magicka dps to begin with.
I think you need to take a minute to calm down, this won't be the dramatic world ender you think. Most people will not run vampire. And the ones that do will mostly be burst set ups or aoe set ups. Sorc with out blood for blood is still a super high dps that can stay a safe distance away from melee boss mechanics. You won't need it to stay high up on the dps totem pole.
