Physical Collector's Edition

So, my physical collector's edition definitely won't make it on time and I've tried to submit a ticket about 5 times now using different browsers and different accounts. However, they never end up in my support history as being "in-progress" and I never get a ticket number. I'm at a loss for what to do now since there's only 24 hours left, I can't enter a support ticket and I can't seem to get a hold of anyone on twitter. If this doesn't get me a response the next thing I'm going to do is write "H E L P" in sticks on my front lawn. . .

    Supposedly I was granted access several days ago. However, I haven't been able to get into Greymoor content once. After each hot fix I've been told to try again because they've fixed "issues for people accessing Greymoor" but nothing seems to change after any patch. Ticket Number: 200521-007177

    Does anyone have any suggestions? The new content looks cool and interesting. For $140 it would be cool to get to experience it myself.
