Accidentally left my guild

I left my guild by accident and don’t have access to it anymore also I don’t know anyone from the guild since I just found them all randomly in zones. Is there a way to gain access again or find whose in the guild or new guild leader? I’m the creator and founder of it but it only has like 12 people in it and most are inactive players except for like 3 members. I have a lot of valuable items in the guild bank and now I can’t get back into my guild. Guild name ToxicVenomGaming and my username is the same on Pc Na.
Any mods can look into this please?
