Could i get password reset email?

Reset on website isn't working, reset on bethesda doesn't send email either.
Created yesterday another account just to submit ticket, few h ago i have seen that it was waiting for MOD, now when i have checked there is no ticket at all..

    Use the Account Recovery option, @AresPL ... located here (and try using a different browser if your main browser isn't working):

    Include as many details as possible (including your ESO account name and e-mail address).

    Tried already on thursday, if i am not wrong this is like asking question on online chat, as it keep spinning and i am probably waiting in que for someone to see and help so unless its durring their shift it isn't very helpful.

    Do you have a ticket number yet?

    That's the only alternative to completing an account recovery.

    The forums mods often don't respond without a ticket number in hand ... especially this weekend with the patch drop and them still working at home.

    Seems i was wrong with auto recovery, tried again and this time after spinning for like 2 min i have received
    ticket number: #:200523-003854
